At Nébuleuse, we prepare your order with love within 24 hours of its confirmation. Orders placed after 6 pm on a Friday will be sent out the following Monday. Please keep in mind that the delivery time may be longer during promotional offers, holidays, or extraordinary events.

Your order is prepared and shipped from our fulfillment center in Chambéry, in middle east of France by our logistic team.

Don’t worry! Our packages are small enough that they can fit into a mailbox. We ship your package in 11x16cm padded envelopes. 

If your order has not yet been sent, contact us at hello@nebuleusejewelry.com as soon as possible with your updated information. Otherwise, according to our general sales conditions, no modifications can be made once an order is sent out from our fulfilment center. 

Our jewelry is water-resistant but not makeup or salt resistant. Likewise for other chemicals like perfumes, creams, lotions, etc.You can wear your jewelry on the beach or in the shower, but don’t forget to thoroughly rinse it with freshwater and gently pat dry with a soft cloth afterwards ♡

Our jewelry is 100 percent nickel-free. 

Earrings and earcuffs are 18k gold-plated and made of 925 sterling silver. Cartilage earrings are made of high quality stainless steel 304.

We sell our jewelry individually so you can mix and match according to your style and the occasion. ♡

You can return your jewelry within 14 days after delivery, and we will give you a full refund when we receive your return. 

Free or discounted items cannot be returned, exchanged or reimbursed. 

When one of the pieces of jewelry is part of a bulk promotion, (for example buy three, get one free) the entire set must be returned in order to obtain a full refund.

4) Follow the instructions and choose the ítems that you want to return 

5) Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Your refund will be made within 30 days of receiving your return through the payment method that you used to make the purchase.

Return costs are solely at the client’s expense. 

No return packages will be accepted that do not allow us to identify the sender (first and last name, address, order number, and return merchandise authorization number - RMA)
