Satisfaction or money-back guarantee

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and ask for a refund under the following conditions: 

  • All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original state and packaging at the time of return. Products showing signs of wear and tear will not be refunded.
  • Free or discounted items will not be accepted for return or exchange. When a piece of jewelry is part of a bulk promotion (for example buy three pieces of jewelry, get one free) the entire set must be returned in order to obtain a full refund. 
  • Return shipping costs  are solely at the customer’s expense.
  • No return packages will be accepted that do not allow us to identify the sender (first and last name, address, order number, and return merchandise authorization number - RMA).
  • If you return an item valued 75€ or more, you are required to use a carrier service that allows you to track the shipping. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive the article that you are returning and will not be held responsible for any non-received returns.

To make a return request:

  • Enter your order number and email address. 
  • Follow the instructions and choose the items that you want to return 
  • Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions. 
  • Your refund will be made within 30 days after receiving your return through the payment method that you used to make your purchase. 


Damaged or defective items

Our products are guaranteed for30 days. If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Unfortunately we can’t offer any refunds or exchanges past 30 days after the date of purchase. 



  • In the unlikely event that you have not received your package after 30 days from date of order, and your tracking information indicates that it still has not been delivered, we will refund your order. Please contact our customer service at hello@nebuleusejewelry.com

  • If you chose to receive your package without a signature, we cannot take any responsibility for packages that were indicated as having been delivered by the carrier. We will not issue any reimbursement,  credit, or replacement  for packages that have been confirmed to be delivered by the carrier.
