Shipping Policy

At Nébuleuse, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that receiving your order in a timely fashion is important to you and we strive to meet your expectations.

To ensure that your package is delivered within the times that we indicate, please verify that your shipping address is accurate  and complete at check-out. Using the correct street numbers and names, building designations, apartment numbers (when applicable) area codes, abbreviations, etc., is essential to making sure your package is delivered on time. We are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or wrongly delivered packages if the address is incorrect or improperly entered at the time of purchase.



Once your order is received and payment verified, your items will be packaged with care in our fulfillment center and picked up by the carrier at which time you will receive information with a tracking number.

Expect 3 to 5 business days from order date to delivery.



Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you decline a Nébuleuse Jewelry delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus the shipping return costs. This amount will be deducted from all credit issued. 



If your package is not delivered or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at hello@nebuleusejewelry.com within seven days to file a claim.

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 30 days to handle a request. 

We are not responsible for any packages that are flagged as delivered by the carrier.  We will not issue any refunds or credit for packages which are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

As mentioned above, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of check-out/payment. We will not be held responsible if the client entered an address incorrectly during the order validation. Likewise, we are unable to issue any refund or resend the order.



If your order has more than one item, and one or more items are out of stock, we will send the remainder of your items and refund you for the out-of-stock items per the original payment method. Please note that you may receive more than one package for a single order if that order has more than one item.
